Introductory Session – NutriShakti Training Program (Batch 2)
An introductory session for the NutriShakti Training Program – Batch 2 was held on 31 December 2025 at the NutriShakti Centre to brief participants on the program’s objectives, structure, training modules, and opportunities. Participants included school- and college-going girls, a few school dropouts, and Anganwadi and ASHA workers from Kubernagar and Meghani Nagar. The WIN Foundation team presented the program details, followed by experience sharing by women from NutriShakti Batch 1, which helped participants understand the program’s practical benefits. While some girls expressed interest, commuting distance was cited as a challenge. Flyers and enrolment forms were distributed, participants were encouraged to discuss enrolment with their parents, and Anganwadi/ASHA workers were requested to spread awareness. The session concluded with the distribution of nutritious product samples and lunch.

Soil to Soul is a story of transformation—showing how healthy soil creates healthy food, families, and communities. In Lilapur, Gujarat, Sangita-ben once saw food only as a way to fill the stomach. After training through the Nutrigarden Initiative, she learned to make compost, use organic methods, and grow nutrient-rich vegetables in the Ganga Ma Model.
Her thriving garden improved her family’s nutrition, reduced illnesses, and inspired other women to follow. The Nutrigarden model—built on sustainability, seed saving, and community training—has led to better diets, lower anemia rates, improved school attendance, and stronger women leaders.
Through one woman’s journey, the film proves that when soil thrives, communities flourish. Change begins right under our feet
