Nutri-preneurs from various central kitchens are putting in their efforts to rigorously prepare nutritious food products in larger quantity, and adopting better packaging, branding and marketing to sell it to the community as well as outside market through multiple channels. They have generated a good revenue  during the festive seasons, stalls in te community as well as schools, tie-up with some local retailers,   from direct sales as well as tie-ups with external organisations for gift hampers etc. . Parallely, trials are also being carried out for the new products with the help of Prof. Bhaskar Datta and Team from IIT Gandhinagar.
