WIN has additionally supported the establishment of retailer shops in the project areas to promote live, healthy foods. Currently, the focus has shifted towards strengthening marketing and branding efforts, with exclusive sales training organized to enhance the nutripreneurs' skills and boost product outreach.
The WIN NutriShakti Project, launched on 4th July 2025 in collaboration with Aagamya Foundation, aims to empower women from low-income communities by equipping them with skills in nutrition and entrepreneurship. Around 20 Nutri-preneurs have enrolled in the program and are currently undergoing rigorous training. The curriculum includes foundational knowledge of nutrition, hands-on sessions in preparing nutritious snacks, and comprehensive micro-entrepreneurship training. This ongoing training is designed to not only build practical food production skills but also develop business confidence. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate, along with support to establish their own food enterprise or access to livelihood and employment opportunities. This initiative is a step forward in strengthening women’s economic independence and promoting health-focused food innovation at the grassroots level.
